It is our overall objective to save you time and money. It can be that simple. OVERALL OBJECTIVE Our ultimate objective is to afford you with simple and cost effective alternatives to the organizational and logistical manner in which you compile, transmit, and utilize data; and how your personnel interact with it, and with each other. This can be accomplished in many ways however, the final outcome must give you timely and accurate information. In order to accomplish this we have developed the following f;our (4) Phases: PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY During Phase 1 we will listen to your specific needs and desires. This will partly occur during your initial FREE consultation. From you, we will learn where you are experiencing problems, what you would like corrected, and where we will need to concentrate our efforts in order to achieve your goals. PHASE 2 - RESEARCH In Phase 2 we will come up to your office and observe the areas of operations that you have indicated to us that need examination and analysis. All businesses operate differently, and to correctly pinpoint your specific area of deficiency may take a little time. Again, it is our objective to do this as quickly as possible, while still getting a true picture of your specific business problem. PHASE 3 - ANALYSIS Phase 3 consists of our analyzing the information and data that we compiled during Phase 2, and translating that into specific document and logistic systems that will meet the requirements that you set forth in Phase 1.  It is also a very important part of Phase 3 to determine whether these, or any changes at all, are COST EFFECTIVE. Any system, no matter how perfect, that eventually costs more than the benefits of its’ desired results, is worthless. PHASE 4 - IMPLEMENTATION During Phase 4 we will come back to your office and instruct all appropriate personnel in the implementation of all authorized systems that you have designated as appropriate from Phase 3. This will not be a "dump and run" procedure. Proper implementation is a critical aspect and will depend on your specific personnel. Finally, any system no matter how well planned needs refinement and adjustment to better service specific business requirements. WE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU!
